On the Discovery HD channel is a gorgeous 11-part documentary series called Planet Earth. Taking 5 years and millions of dollars to create, the films sometimes showcase views, animals, locations that have never been filmed before. I’ve watched the first 3 episodes and was amazed at the color and clarity, as well as the perspectives. I love the outdoors and am very responsible with what I do there. I am not a conservationist nor a treehugger, but this series is really making me appreciate the Earth a lot more. God’s creation is perfect. I hope that someday everyone could see this series either on DVD or IMAX because, wow. When was the last time you saw a great white shark leap 20ft above the water to catch a seal? Uh-huh…watch this series.
