Today, I want to call your attention to a great organization for the city of Birmingham. If you are not a member yet, I would consider joining today. In their own words:
Catalyst is a group of socially diverse, progressive minded people who join together in fun and purpose in order to make Birmingham a better place to live. With social events, think tank discussions and public forums, Catalyst stimulates dialogue and motivates solutions between people with ideas and leaders who can make those ideas a reality. As a conduit for progressive change in Birmingham, Catalyst is making it hip to be civic.
Catalyst has six programs focused on this change called “pillars” and each one adds to and enhcances Birmingham and the surrounding area.

- Political awareness
Today, Catalyst gets an online upgrade from their WordPress blog to a new website designed and developed by Kinetic Communications.
