The web is the ultimate customer-empowering environment. He or she who clicks the mouse decides everything. It is so easy to go elsewhere; all the competitors in the world are but a mouseclick away.”
If you are building a web site or web application, you know you need to test your product with users. If you don’t know, well…you know now. However, with all the buzz words of the new Internet age floating around today, it is easy to think that such activities cannot be completed by you or your team. This leads to the belief that you would need to hire an ultra-expensive consultancy group that wear cool clothes and drink too many Starbucks lattes to come in and tell you what you are doing wrong while draining your entire budget.
